industry. In that time, he has represented institutions such as
Travelers, Fidelity Investments, Hancock Insurance & Copley
Real Estate Advisors.
More
recently, as Principal and co-founder of Berenson Browne Advisors,
Mr. Browne has expanded his vast portfolio of transactions with
the addition of 16 new CVS/Pharmacy locations. This includes the
second largest acquisition in CVS history with the assemblage
of 5 commercial condominiums at 333 Washington Street, Downtown
Crossing totaling over $16 Million Dollars.
While
at The Codman Company, Mr. Browne's concentration on urban retail
real estate within Metro Boston lead to the successful consummation
of more than 50 retail lease deals and approximately $50 million
in combined investment sales transactions.
