Hank
Blake specializes in site identification and comprehensive property
consulting for commercial real estate investors, developers &
national retailers alike. In the past 5 years, Hank has represented
several developers including Gershman Brown Crowley & Associates
in the successful completion of 9 new CVS/Pharmacy developments
throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Hank's
expertise ranges from the coordination of multiple parcel property
assemblage for acquisition, structuring long-term ground lease agreements
and complete retail lease negotiations. Other retail tenants he
has worked with include T-Mobile, Dunkin Donuts, Metro Credit Union,
Advance Auto Parts, 1-800 Flowers and Boloco.
Prior
to joining Berenson Browne Advisors, Mr. Blake worked with the Property
Management and Accounting group at CB Richard Ellis, NE Partners
where he oversaw the financial reporting of numerous urban and suburban
office & industrial properties throughout New England.
